It can also be utilised as a stand-alone treatment on damaged hair as an intensive rebuild service.Our No. 2 Bond Perfector was developed as a cream formula for ease of application after a colour service or as an express treatment. This second step links disulfide bonds after the initial service, restoring the strength, structure and integrity hair.
