Gelish's quick curing matte top coat is the perfect seal for a plus satin finish gel manicure. The durable top coat prevents chipping and peeling for longer-lasting nails. Top It Off can be used with traditional gel or over top of a rough acrylic surface to elminate the need for finish filing. Gelish's matte top coat is specially designed to cure evenly with minimal shrinkage stopping peeling from the nail and proper cure times assure no dulling.
